Independent.
For the People.
Allison Madrigal is an unaffiliated candidate bringing independent, faith-guided leadership to Colorado State Senate District 38.

An independent voice for District 38.
Born and raised in the cornfields of Nebraska, Allison earned her degree in Marketing from the University of Nebraska in 2002 and an MBA from the University of Houston in 2009.
After ten years in corporate America — managing $4M in insurance premiums and a $10M sales territory — Allison answered a clarion call from God to build something new: an IVF insurance product reimbursing families when treatment doesn't result in a live birth, with profits funding the fight against sex trafficking.
That same call birthed Rescue America — a 24/7 rescue hotline and emergency response for the sexually exploited. In 2021, Allison moved to Colorado, expanding the mission from Rescue Houston to Rescue America.
Today, with 13+ years of building innovative solutions to life's greatest challenges, Allison is running for HD 38 to bring that same creative, redemptive leadership to the people of Colorado.
